Simple and delicious, these frozen broth and peanut butter treats are perfect for a hot summer day!
Gather your ingredients.
Pour your chosen broth into a measuring cup with an easy pour spout for convenient pouring!
Pour chosen broth into silicone ice tray, filling each cavity halfway full. Depending on the depth and number of your silicone ice trays, you may need more or less than the 1 cup of broth.
Place tray(s) into freezer for 1 hour.
Remove trays from freezer and prepare peanut butter. If you're using all natural peanut butter, you may need to aggressively stir the oil back in!
Fill the remainder of the silicone ice tray cavities with peanut butter. Easiest way to do this is to spoon the peanut butter, then carefully scrape off the peanut butter into the cavity. Stick back into the freezer for at least 5 hours, but preferably overnight.
Gently push the broth and peanut butter treats out of the silicone ice tray cavities.
All done! Store in the freezer.
