Fruit and Veggie Treats
Roll this recipe out and cut into strips for easy break apart training treats, or cook them into full sized biscuits! Fruit and veggies are abundant with vitamin C, which can boost your dog’s body's defense mechanisms.

Gather all your ingredients!
Cook the sweet potato in the microwave for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the insides are soft. Set aside and allow cooling.
Mince enough carrot to fill a measuring cup. Depending on the size of your carrots, this could require one to three carrots.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mash the banana and sweet potato in a large mixing bowl with a hand masher until smooth. Incorporate the carrots, flour, and oats. Gradually add in the applesauce and water while mixing. The ingredients will form a soft dough.
Place your dough ball on a floured surface.
Roll out your dough ball and cut into strips. Place the strips on a lightly oiled cooking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes.
Divide the dough into 9 equal balls and place on a lightly oiled cooking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes.
Store in the fridge for up to two weeks.
